State of the School Address Highlights Progress at CMA

On Monday, April 13, 2026, Principal Tiffany Cox delivered the State of the School address for Communication and Media Arts (CMA). The event brought together parents, staff, and community stakeholders to hear about the school’s progress and future plans. Principal Cox shared positive news about CMA’s academic growth over the past year, highlighting improved student achievement and increased opportunities for learning both inside and outside the classroom.

Several school partners also spoke during the event, giving updates on their programs and the support they provide to students. Representatives from C2 Pipeline, Winning Futures, HSPN, and District C shared highlights, including mentorship programs, career readiness support, and creative learning opportunities. These partnerships were praised for helping students build skills, confidence, and connections to future careers.

The DPSCD Technology Department also presented important information for families. They explained how students benefit from free access to tools like Microsoft 365 and Adobe software and showed parents how to monitor student screen time. Principal Cox closed the address with updates on current school renovations and construction projects, sharing how these improvements will create a better and safer learning environment for all CMA students.
